Lorsque nous r\u00e9alisons des enqu\u00eates, voici quelques explications que nous recevons :<\/p><ul><li>Les t\u00e9moins avaient l\u2019impression que leur point de vue \u00e9tait peu important ou qu\u2019il ne serait pas \u00e9cout\u00e9.<\/li><li>Ils ne savaient pas \u00e0 qui ou comment signifier leurs pr\u00e9occupations.<\/li><li>Ils craignaient les impacts sur leur travail, des repr\u00e9sailles de coll\u00e8gues, &#8230;<\/li><li>Plusieurs personnes \u00e9taient au fait de la situation, mais aucun d\u2019entre eux ne souhaitait \u00eatre le porteur de la d\u00e9nonciation.<\/li><li>Lorsque les actes r\u00e9pr\u00e9hensibles impliquent des gestionnaires, les t\u00e9moins ont l\u2019impression que les actes sont tol\u00e9r\u00e9s par la haute direction et que leur d\u00e9nonciation sera sans impact.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b420253 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b420253\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dans l\u2019attente que la situation soit prise en main, il peut y avoir plusieurs impacts collat\u00e9raux, notamment :<\/p><ul><li>La frustration des t\u00e9moins grimpe et ceux-ci interpr\u00e8tent le silence des autres t\u00e9moins comme un message que ces gestes sont tol\u00e9r\u00e9s au sein de l\u2019organisation.<\/li><li>Le climat de travail se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore et devient propice \u00e0 de multiples tensions, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant une ambiance de travail improductive.<\/li><li>Les personnes vis\u00e9es par les all\u00e9gations sont jug\u00e9es sur la place publique, alors qu\u2019aucune enqu\u00eate n\u2019a r\u00e9ellement eu lieu.
